Systems Engineer - Business Alliance " Ramallah "
Business Alliance HR is recruiting a Systems Engineer for an IT Solutions Company, located in Ramallah, Palestine.
Contract Type: Permanent/Full-time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining hardware, software, peripherals, and network devices in the areas of installation, upgrades, configurations, rollout, and support.
- Working on virtual infrastructure, vSphere Client, and setting up ESXI hosts virtual environment.
- Dealing with Windows Server Roles and Services.
- Responsible for backup and DR installation, configuring, and administration.
- Responsible for private cloud monitoring and administering.
- Responsible for firewall administration and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and retaining existing client loyalty through periodic review visits.
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Understanding of the Basic Network, Storage, Virtualization, and Security Principles.
- Understanding of iSCSI SAN, FC SAN, FCoE SAN, and NAS Storage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (Oral/Written).
- Proactive & dynamic.
Years of experience:
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, or a relevant field.
Location:
Ramallah, Palestine.
Languages Required:
Fluent in Arabic & English.
