Business Alliance HR Services is recruiting an Area Sales Supervisor in Gaza for a Trading Company, and its main office is located in Ramallah, Palestine.

Scope of work
The Finance and Admin Manager will be mainly responsible for giving strategic vision, leadership, and advice on all aspects of budget and finance to the management and the institution's head/general manager on matters relating to finance. Additionally; he/she will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of the institution workflow by overseeing and developing related administration policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor sales representatives' daily activities.
- Maintain growth of annual sales and increase the market share.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage sales activities and monitor daily routes and visibility.
- Monitor changes in the market, and ensure the safe existence of the company.
Special Requirements & Skills:
- Well understanding and knowledge of the FMCG market.
- Proven experience in a supervisory sales position.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent social networking skills.
- Leadership and Management skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Fluent in Arabic & English.
