HR Admin - Work Without Borders



IT Company in Saudi Arabia in Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a  (HR Admin) , according to the conditions described below For those who have the ability to filling out a form the following : 

Requirements:

  1. +3 years proven experience in implementing human resources programs.
  2. Conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated;
  3. Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks;
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  5. Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  6. Interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the company;
  7. Experience in the IT industry a plus
  8. Basic English language skills in reading, writing, and speaking; B Level is a plus

Responsibilities & Duties: 

  1. Serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems;
  2. Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department.
  3. Benefits administration, conducts new hire and exit interviews, ensuring employees understand their benefit coverages. Responsible for employee verification, unemployment and disability claims.
  4. Ensures compliance with corporate policy, fair employment practices and government regulations;
  5. Manages employee documentation such as Employee Handbook and disciplinary communications;
  6. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
  7. Assists in identifying staff vacancies and recruits, interviews and select applicants.

Notes:

  • Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
  • Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
  • Full Time.
