FMCG Channel Quality Monitor  - Business Alliance 



Business Alliance HR is recruiting an FMCG Channel Quality Monitor for a large multi-national company that is working in the food industry and has its own chocolate and confectionery products brand.

The candidate will conduct audits on the distribution channels and the job is 100% in the field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily visits to point of sales among different Palestinian cities according to a pre-determined schedule on daily basis to
  2. Locate the sample retail outlets according to pre-set criteria.
  3. Conduct audits for the products and collect other marketing information inside the sample stores outlets.
  4. Take Photos in all stores visited.
  5. Enter the audit data into the device and transmit all data to the main office on a daily basis.
  6. Work is 100% in the field (retail outlets) and the candidates will report directly to the Area Supervisor.
  7. Daily car traveling is required to reach all locations within the defined area (country or city).
  8. Respect the daily Target of visits (defined by the coordinator).
  9. Maintain good and continuous communications with the international main office and with the external supervisor.
  10. Conduct fieldwork for ad hoc projects when needed.

Special Requirements & Skills: 

  1. Able to travel to other cities and work alone in the market.
  2. Familiar with FMCG retail outlets.
  3. Able to communicate effectively in Arabic and English.
  4. Accuracy, reliability, numeracy.
  5. Excellent knowledge of the defined areas, well-versed with street names and places.
  6. Computer literate.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Accustomed to outdoor work.
  9. Detail-oriented.
  10. Independent.
  11. Has a car with a valid driver’s license.
  12. Having an iPhone would be a plus, as the candidate will mainly deal with an application on the iOS system.
  13. Willingness to travel.
Years of experience:
  • 1-3 Years of experience as a merchandiser, sales representative, or retail auditor/MIS Auditor.
Education:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. 
  2. Candidates with a high school diploma would be considered.
Location:
  • Ramallah, Palestine. With field travels to other Palestinian cities.
Languages Required:
  • Fluent in English & Arabic.
