Technology Project Manager - ACRFF " Ramallah "
Responsibilities:
- Technology Project Management
 - Plan
 - Determine the project approach, staffing, responsibilities, and schedule.
 - Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
 - Analyze
 - Develop and analyze functional specifications
 - Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for the project’s schedule, effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience.
 - Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
 - Review, and be responsible for, the overall development and integration of requirements.
 - Build
 - Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
 - Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
 - Test
 - Gather feedback from end users about system performance
 - Provide advice and technical training to users
 - Go-Live/Support
 - Keep on top of daily system and functions and data flow operations.
 - Manage
 - With other leads, develop, implement, and maintain the Project Plan, including the configuration management, risk management, project measurement, and quality management plans.
 - Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
 - Review and manage all changes to the requirements through a formally defined scope change process.
 - Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
 - Obtain buy-in from senior management for all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope changes
 - Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback. Ensure that project resources receive any necessary training and are used effectively.
 - Vendor/Supplier Management
 - Engage and assess technology vendors/suppliers/subcontractors
 - Manage relationships with all vendors/suppliers/subcontractors
 - Monitor their progress and adherence to the contract
 - Franchisor collaboration
 - Align with Franchisor standards and planning
 - Provide status reporting
 - Ongoing communications
 
Equirements and skills needed:
- Preferably BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
 - Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT management (both IT projects and supporting IT systems)
 - Fluently English speaking (Upper-intermediate as a minimum)
 - Experience in technology project management (project phases, requirements lifecycle, scope management)
 - Confident user of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, other)
 - Basic knowledge of databases and basic SQL functionalities
 - Understanding of system security approaches & practices
 - Ability to define, analyze and understand the business processes and how they can be approached via automation
 - Good understanding of IT support concepts, principles, processes and metrics
 - Excellent communication skills
 - Stakeholder management skills
 - Analytical mindset
 - Problem-solving aptitude
