Independent External Evaluation - Filastiniyat
Filastiniyat Association is an NGO established in 2005 and registered at ministry of interior (RA-223861-1) as a media NGO that operates in the West Bank-including Jerusalem- and the Gaza Strip. Filastiniyat aims at reviewing and evaluating its current strategy that runs till the end of 2022 and thus is looking for an experienced and qualified consultant/firm to carry on the evaluation study.
Scope of the evaluation: The evaluation will assess Filastiniyat strategy (2019-2022).

Objectives of the External Evaluation:
An external evaluation is fundamental to the further development of Filastiniyat’s institutional capacity, by assessing the organization’s current performance and assisting in defining future directions. The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the overall achievement of Filastiniyat’s (2019- 2022) strategy, programs and quality of implementation as well as the overall impact of the Strategy by reviewing Filastiniyat’s program activities and inter-institutional coordination undertaken during the period under review. The firm/consultant will work withFilastiniyat to document its strategy progress based on the outcomes with clearly indicative measurements and result-oriented methodology. The evaluation shall be two-fold; 1) Assess the relevance of Filastiniyat program activities and structures to the goal of consolidating and strengthening the role of Filastiniyat as a media civil society organization for youth and women. and 2) Assess Filastiniyat’s management, organizational structure and systems and their ability to respond to Filastiniyat’s mandate and mission.
Timeline:
The evaluation will be conducted in mid March 2023- end of April 2023.
