Project Manager -  A local consulting firm " Ramallah "

A local consulting firm located is looking for a Project Manager according to the following requirements 

Qualifications: 

1. BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or construction Management
2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in Public Buildings and Vertical Structure Projects.
3. Min 7 years previous Experience as a Construction Project Manager for public Buildings and Vertical Structure Projects.( in the stages of structure   and finishing Works )
4. Strong Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
5. Wide knowledge of Construction products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
6. Strong analytical skills, and reporting, follow up, budget control. etc.
7. Strong Knowledge of contracts documents, drawings and specifications is required.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels and functions within the Project Team. 
9. Good client and stakeholder relationship building skills.
10. Very good command of English Language.
11. Valid Membership  in the Engineering Association –Jerusalem Branch
12. Previous Experience with international Donors and organizations is an asset.
