Sales Development Representative - Work Without Borders


Basic requirements :

  1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Sales Development.
  2. V.Good in English speaking skills.
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota.
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, like: (Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk..).
  6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
  8. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Company value via the phone.
  9. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues.

Responsibilities :

  1. Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  4. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
  5. Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  6. Make approximately +50 calls a day in addition to sending customized, strategic emails to targeted prospects.
  7. Plan and coordinate web based and onsite demos for your sales reps and prospects.
  8. Convert prospects into interested customers by articulating company value propositions.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company competitive positioning in the marketplace.
  10. Meet or exceed established objectives.
Note:
  • Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
  • Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial.
  • Full Time.
