1- مطلوب مسؤول إداري
- Title: Project Admin- Part-Time
- Place: POD Office, Deir Al Balah
- Period: 6 months
- Reports to: Project Manager (PM)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation of monthly project work plans and arranges relevant planning meetings within the office and with counterparts.
- Facilitates preparation of project review meetings, drafts minutes of meetings;
- Assist in the logistical and managerial preparation for all project required supplies and equipment.
- Ensures that all official documents are prepared and kept in the project files for retrieval and archiving;
- Facilitates project activities and relevant missions, by arranging meeting schedules, coordinating logistical support, collecting reference documents, and maintaining records;
- Perform any other tasks required by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business administration, Accounting or other relevant filed;
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in NGO;
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment;
- knowledge of MS Office;
- Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English & Arabic;
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team;
- Good interpersonal skills with people at all levels;
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

2- موظف تقييم ومراقبة
- Title: MEAL Monitor (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning) - Full-Time
- Place: POD Office, Deir Al Balah
- Period: 6 months
- Reports to: Project Manager (PM)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and/or update M&E tools, databases and monthly reporting formats in close collaboration with the MEAL focal points/sectoral managers;
- Support the staff in mobile data collection; using the organization system;
- Conduct data audits and analysis to ensure high quality data, compile a report with relevant indicator data per grant, showing targets versus actuals and an action plan and send this to the Field Coordinator, MEAL Manager, and Technical Managers and Coordinators on a monthly basis;
- Beneficiary counting: a quarterly gender and age disaggregated overview per grant per sector should be provided;
- Advise staff on data management and storage to field staff;
- Manage the development of effective and sustainable feedback mechanisms to POD from program beneficiaries/stakeholders;
- Monitor overall project implementation and provide feedback for Field Office staff;
- Ensure relevant, timely, and quality support to the Field Office on assessments and evaluations; i.e. support in developing the survey tools, data analysis and report writing;
- Provide documentation and dissemination of key findings stemming from monitoring, assessment, and other learning activities;
- Track and ensure organized, comprehensive electronic filing of documented findings/analyses;
- Perform any other tasks required by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- University degree required in international development, statistics, economics, sociology, or related field or other related field;
- At least two years’ experience of working in M&E with experience of developing M&E plans, training staff, capacity building, quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and reporting and/or other aspects of M&E in both emergency and development contexts and humanitarian and development programs;
- MS Office applications, Word, Excel, Power Point, Spread sheets and other Statistical software;
- Thorough familiarity with principles and current approaches to M&E using both quantitative and qualitative methods;
- Understanding of donor expectations and trends for M&E;
- Knowledge and/or experience of working on accountability initiatives, information sharing and complaints response mechanisms;
- Highly developed communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching;
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods;
- High level of English-language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).

3- مطلوب مدير مشروع
- Title: Project Manager (PM) - Full-Time
- Place: POD Office, Deir Al Balah
- Period: 6 months
- Reports to: Executive Director
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management of the project, including timely implementation, budget management, staff management, capacity building, and staff career development;
- Ensure that the scope of the project is maintained in all phases;
- Create and implement detailed work plans needed to successfully complete the project;
- Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards;
- Deliver timely and high-quality progress and technical reports on the project for POD management, and donors in close collaboration with program staff and Executive Manager;
- Conduct periodical field visits to verify project activities are implemented according to contractual targets;
- Ensure that all subordinates have clearly defined objectives and understand their responsibilities;
- Establish result-based work planning and follow up system;
- Foster a learning environment for supervised staff, including motivating and monitoring their professional development through annual performance and capacity development planning;
- Ensure availability of appropriate professional development opportunities for program staff;
- Encourage a team culture of learning, creativity and innovation;
- Provide support and input for the advocacy work related to the program;
- Lead the development of communication and visibility materials for the program;
- Ensure that all donor branding and visibility requirements are fulfilled;
- Contribute to the strengthening of the organizational readiness to respond to emergencies in line with POD Humanitarian Preparedness standard by following the preparedness steps outlined in CRS Preparedness Procedure;
- Play an active role in responding to new humanitarian crises in the designated areas of operation in line with POD Humanitarian Response Management standard, following the stipulated procedural steps, in line with CRS full-spectrum approach to programming;
- Supervise documentation of all activities of the program and maintenance of an efficient program filing system including all program related documents;
- Perform any other tasks required by Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology or other related field;
- Minimum Five years of progressively responsible work experience in the field of development, preferably with USAID-funded projects. Significant experience working on humanitarian assistance, livelihoods projects required;
- Knowledge of USAID regulations and compliance;
- Understands and works with local contexts (operational and cultural);
- Professional level in both Arabic and English language skills;
- Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines;
- Advanced computer literacy;
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

- Project Coordinator (PC)
- Title: Project Coordinator (PC) - Full-Time
- Place: POD Office, Deir Al Balah
- Period: 6 months
- Reports to: Project Manager (PM)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Administrative and technical implementation and follow up of the program activities;
- Supervision of technical and professional staff involved in the program activities that fall within his/her responsibility;
- Ensure that all program activities are implemented in a timely manner and according to donor’s rules and regulations;
- Plan and conduct regular field visits to ensure proper implementation of the activities on the ground;
- Prepare periodical reports as requested by POD and donor in consultation with the Program Manager;
- Assist the Program Manager in monitoring and evaluating the program by reporting to donor on the program deliverables;
- Contribute to the development of new program ideas in the field of work;
- Document all activities of the program and maintain an efficient program filing system including all program related documents;
- Perform any other tasks required by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other related field;
- Three years of professional experience in project management, preferably with experience in working with NGO's;
- Knowledge of USAID regulations and compliance;
- Professional level in both Arabic and English language skills;
- Excellent reporting and formal writing skills in both English and Arabic;
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines;
- Advanced computer literacy;
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
