Job Vacancy – Pre-Sales / Systems Engineer ( Gaza )
FIS is a leading IT and Business solutions firm, that provides a blend of technology solutions and specialized in Software, network security for the local market for over the last 22 years.
FIS is looking for two Pre-Sales / Systems Engineer, who can join our team in Gaza.
Responsibilities:
- Install, support, and maintain FIS solutions at the pre-sales PoC deployments.
- Create and deliver technical product presentations and/or training sessions to channel partners and customers.
- Handle Installation Projects.
- Evaluate environment for process improvement and make recommendations to improve support processes.
- Collaborate and communicate with other team members to provide good service and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- At least 2-year experience in network technologies (Windows Server, UNIX).
- At least 1 years experiences in VMware installation projects.
- Experience with SAN/NAS is a plus.
- Must have hands in Information security policies, procedure and framework.
- Effective communication, listening, verbal and written skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work with sales, consulting and support in a dynamic and innovative company environment.
- B.S in computer engineering or related field.
