Administrative Assistant - Apex for IT Solutions

We are working in the field of Information Technology and we’ve announced the need for an “Administrative Assistant” according to the conditions described below.


Duties:

  1. - Writing reports.
  2. - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  3. - Writing meetings recaps.
  4. - Preparing documents for meetings.
  5. - Greeting new staff to the office.
  6. - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  7. - Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements & Skills:

  1. - Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  2. - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  3. - Excellent research skills.
  4. - Excellent reporting Skills
  5. - Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
  6. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  8. - Knowledge of project and task management tools.
  9. - Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. - Flexibility and adaptability.
  11. - Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
  12. - Administrative writing skills.


  • Job Type: Full Time. (Sunday to Thursday)
  • Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred).
  • Salary: According to experience.
