Saudi Tech Startup Cooperation with Work Without Borders -Palestine-Gaza , announce its need for a (Tech Lead) , according to the conditions described below.
Basic requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Information Technology.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Web Development, Software Development and Mobile Applications.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience and ability to successfully lead projects.
- Experience in developing documentation.
- Experience in programming such as (NodeJS, ReactJS, Mongodb).
- Must have a good understanding of Swift, Android development and quality assurance.
- Experience in developing documentation, presentations to all levels of management staff.
- Proven leadership, strong decision-making, and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to accomplish work remotely.
- The ability to work under pressure.
Job Description :
- Lead development team in the Design, Programming, Documentation and Testing in building many systems.
- Provide daily management and leadership to the development team.
- Provide necessary resources to the development team to maximize productivity.
- Create and manage development work plans to track all project deliverables.
- Set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance and provide feedback and reports.
- Apply resourceful and decisive decision making to achieve goals.

- Monthly Salary is attractive on merit.
- Employment Type: First 3 months of the year contract are trial .
- Full Time .
