Receptionist - Shini Extra " Ramallah "
Shini Extra Supermarket are looking for a receptionist based in Ramallah to join the HR & Admin Team.
Main Duties
- Provide front desk reception duties for the company which includes handling of all phone calls and maintain the reception area.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or answering or referring inquiries.
- Performing administrative duties.
- Provide full support to the team and department.
- Making call for nominated job candidates in the branches.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Time Management Skill.
- Able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written & verbal English language skills.
- Ability to learn & perform under minimal supervision.
- Attention to details.
- Good command of computer skills (Word, outlook & Excel).
