Receptionist - Shini Extra  " Ramallah "



Shini Extra Supermarket are looking for a receptionist based in Ramallah to join the HR & Admin Team. 

Main Duties 

  1. Provide front desk reception duties for the company which includes handling of all phone calls and maintain the reception area.
  2. Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or answering or referring inquiries.
  3. Performing administrative duties.
  4. Provide full support to the team and department.
  5. Making call for nominated job candidates in the branches.
  6. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 1 year experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  3. Time Management Skill.
  4. Able to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good written & verbal English language skills.
  7. Ability to learn & perform under minimal supervision.
  8. Attention to details.
  9. Good command of computer skills (Word, outlook & Excel).
